Sales Consultant purpose: To provide world class, guest customized vehicle purchasing experience. Based on each guest individual needs and wants, within our friendly sales process. Sales Consultant duties would include but not limited to as follows: maintains a positive image of the dealerhsip by insuring all guest that visit or call the dealership are handled in a courteous and efficient manner; be a master and advocate of our sales process; develop and maintain all manufacturer product knowledge, competitive products and Joe Verde training; continue to improve yourself and sales ability (i.e. role playing, attending training, books, and articles); maintain CSI scores that are above a monthly 90% average for new vehicles; maintain a 10 unit monthly minimum standard with a 16% increase focus on Face-to-faces, demo rides, write-ups and sales; embrace our core values and "Teamwork" based environment; maintain the overall lot appearance (tags, stickers, line up, organizing models, gassing units, and preparing trades for display and service); complete 10 auto alert calls daily; engage in 3 face-to-face guest visits daily; set 1 appointment daily. Sales Consultants are required to keep there work station clean and organized. They will present themselves in a professional manner in our Kocourek branded shirt, name badge, pants, vest, matching belt and shoes, and facial hair well-trimmed. All team members should be an advocate for your brand, the Kocourek Automotive Group and all of the team members. Requirements: Valid driver's license, pre-employment drug screen and background check.
