Director of Business
Operations
The Director of Business Operations reports to the Executive
Director/Chief Librarian and will be responsible for:

Oversight of the agency's business functions,
consistent with the Library's strategic plan and the established
priorities of the Board of Library Trustees.
Member of the Library's executive management
team.
Staff liaison to the Library Board of Finance,
Facilities, and Contracts Review.
Collaborates across organizational units to
help create an excellent library experience for staff and customers
at all levels.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Business
Administration, Public Administration, or related field
required.

Minimum of fifteen (15) years of business experience including
two years in a leadership or executive role required.
