Cell Phone Repair Technician
  • $300 Bonus
  • $500 Commissions to refer new technicians
  • $40 per Job
  • $20 Customer Referrals

  • Up to 6 Jobs per day

Cell Phone Repair Technicians use their own approved vehicle to complete multiple cell phone repairs daily, at the customer's home, workplace or anywhere.

Providing the ultimate "Customer Experience" from in app on time arrival to the customer signed service agreement, Cell Phone Repair Technicians use web based applications to receive work assignments where they status work orders, invoice labor, track customer inventory and product returns, and monitor data payments and purchases.

While work assignments and customer equipment is all provided by CCI, Cell Phone Repair Technicians are compensated within the established pay rates for self-providing their own work vehicle, insurance, & tools.

As the top performing sub-contractor to major industry providers, CCI awards $300 to new technicians after they complete their first 25 jobs and $500 per new technician referral.

  • If you have a patient, gentle touch and can control teeny tiny screws at the end of tiny magnetic tool-tips, we'll certify you to do these limited repairs in just a few days. We use both classroom and field ride alongs for no experience applicants.
Repairs are limited to:
  • Screen with LCD replacements
  • iPhone & SAMSUNG
  • Anywhere in the region
How it works:
  • Customers choose the day, sometimes SAME DAY but not within three hours
  • Customers choose one of the two hour time frames that are offered throughout the day
  • Customers pick an address anywhere in the region
  • Work orders appear in technicians pending schedule in web based apps
Overview of a job:
  • Pre-call the customer and travel to the job
  • Fix the phone
  • Manage inventory and invoices in web-based apps
  • Drop off bad parts in pre-paid return box
  • Receive payment two weeks after the current week ends
Typical work week:
  • 5-6 work orders per day
  • 6 days per week
  • $40 per completed repair
  • CCI provides replacements parts
  • CCI provides pre-paid shipping for returning replaced parts
  • WEEKLY direct deposit begins two weeks AFTER the first week is completed
  • Sign on bonus pays after 25 completed work orders
  • Tech referrals pay when the new tech completes 125 jobs. We pay you $1,000 dollars to refer 2 new techs.
Technicians are accountable for:
  • Self-providing late model, undamaged, well-maintained vehicle to work in (requirements similar to rideshare)
  • Maintaining our web-based apps to "Real Time" track inventory, status orders and payments
  • Safe keeping of inventory & replacement parts
  • General contract compliance including uniform and tool requirements
  • Professional, sharp appearances in both personal and vehicle presentation
  • Insurance requirements
Insurance Requirements:
  • Sub-contractor's General Liability Insurance ($1,000,000 aggregate)
  • Automobile Liability ($300,000 per occurrence bodily harm)
  • Recruiting team provides detailed insurance instructions
Uniforms & Tools:
  • Required Polos are issued to technicians. $45 set of 3 is payroll deducted
  • Required Tools are issued to technicians. $225 purchased, $275 financed
Must have to start:
  • Undamaged, well maintained, late model vehicle
  • Clean criminal history, clean driving record, passing drug screen
  • 18 years of age (minimum) to sign a legal contract
