The Industrial Manager will be responsible for working alongside the PWES AM Industrial and Retrofit Managers to drive performance and establishing metrics for all commercial programs.

A critical component to this role is the ability of the Industrial Manager to build a strong working relationship with key Collins Aerospace functional teams. These relationships will support a deeper understanding of repair processes, logistics, supply chain capacity, and industrial risks for the PWES program.

Primary Responsibilities:

* Improve customer satisfaction thru alignment of spares planning process workingwith regional delivery assurance specialists
* Improve MRO performance (RTAT) for all commercial and regional/business programs
* Oversee the planning and execution of Commercial retrofit programs.
* Manage and leverage operator and internal processes to install and return hardware.
* Report daily status of critical items to GTF program team.
* Interact with 15+ outsider suppliers and represent the interests of the GTF program throughout the supply chain.
* Monitor hardware configuration changes.
* Provide program insight to emerging industrial issues that will interfere with normal fleet operation and escalate among PWES aftermarket team.
* Interface with internal and customer facing teams to ensure alignment and priorities on hardware allocations.
* Identify opportunities to improve and accelerate retrofit campaign performance.
* Develop robust standard work documents for key industrial tasks - drive ACE culture amongst retrofit and industrial teams.
* Mature program metrics and data packages to hold suppliers and MROs accountable to contractual performance commitments.
* Supports the development of project plans, schedules and budgets for projects under his/her responsibility to ensure adherence to the established program plan, schedule, and budget.
* Tracks progress and identifies/resolves obstacles to minimize disruption to project schedules.
* Analyzes data gathered and develops solutions or alternative methods of proceeding to optimize performance.
* Facilitates project tasks with the various functional organizations to ensure alignment with overall project objectives.
* Oversees and manages the lifecycle and operational aspects of projects, and liaises between project management and planning, project team, and line management.
* Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction goals and objectives.
* Regularly interacts and interfaces with customers.
* Interact with business development on potential sales forecasting

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution with 5+ years experience or
* Master's Degree with 3+ years experience or
* High School Diploma (or Equivalent) and 9+ years experience

Education:

* High School Diploma or Equivalent

Preferred Education:

* Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Engineering from an Accredited Institution
* Master's Degree from an Accredited Institution
